Furnace & Quench Dimensions

We have in total 8 Gas fired multiple zone furnaces all charger loaded and controlled with upto date programmable digital controllers and monitored on digital temperature recorders.

Furnace atmosphere for all furnaces are products of combustion and are neutral to slightly oxidizing.

All furnaces are surveyed annually to API 6A appendix H seventeenth edition equivalent to ISO 10423 and API appendix P (2008)
For Air Cool cycles we are able to process loads up to 15 tonne in a working volume of 6.5M long x 2M wide x 1.2M high (48" high)
For Water Quench cycles we are able to process loads up to 10 tonne in a working volume of 4.5M long x 2M wide x 0.9M high (36" high)
For Polymer Quench cycles we are able to process loads up to 3 tonne in a working volume of 4.5M long x 2M wide x 0.6M high (24" high)

No 1 Furnace (HT1)
