In this day and age it would be naive to think that theft was not a real threat. With scrap metal prices soaring then any company in the steel market is a potential target.

To Combat this threat Con Mech Engineers has invested a considerable amount of money in CCTV around the site with Number Plate recognition cameras and total site surveillance both outside and in. A secure perimeter fence deters intruders and a sophisticated alarm system directly connected to the local Police station provides instant response in the case of an incident.

A total of 5 other sites on the industrial estate collaborate their CCTV information with the police to provide a complete sequence of events.
